[MERRILL TEST DRIVE]
Pick one of the prompts, list it in the subject line, and we'll go from there. ♥
Lost. It's easy to lose track of where you are in an unfamiliar city. Or an unfamiliar town. Or an unfamiliar cave. A skinny elf with facial tattoos is wandering around holding a large ball of twine that trails behind her, looking around quizzically. It looks like wherever she meant to go, it wasn't here. She sighs and mutters something in Elvish. Help her out?
Ritual. What was that? Did you hear something? There was a flash of light or something... it seems to be coming from around that corner. You peek over, and you see an elf kneeling in a large circle inscribed with intricate symbols. The circle is teeming with a mysterious magic force, which seems to be coming from the elf--specifically, the open wound on the elf's wrist, where she seems to have cut herself purposely. Whatever she's doing, it doesn't look safe.
Outsider. It's not everyday you see an elf walking around barefoot, smiling and humming cheerfully, tattoos boldly displayed--much to the concern of the many people staring at her with an air of distrust. All in all, it's pretty obvious she's not from around here. Especially when she walks up to you with a flower in her hand and holds it out.
Ambush. You're surrounded. There's darkspawn everywhere, demons in droves, and no way out. Just as they're about to lunge for you--or you for them--a fireball rains down on the horde, sizzling them all to a crisp. A few stray monsters try to run, but they're pummeled by smaller fireballs until the whole area is just littered with burnt corpses. You look over and see the source of aid--a lone tattooed elf, staff in hand, looking equal parts satisfied and surprised at the damage.
Thedas. This option is here for castmates who want to script their own scenario or discuss one with me. My plurk is

Still no griffons, I'm afraid.
Re: Thedas
Have you been looking? I'm always trying to spot one in the clouds, but I think I must be missing them.
Re: Thedas
The most exotic animal you'll see around here is a rat. Though I wouldn't put it past one of these idiots to tie wings on one.
Re: Thedas
[sighs. oh feathers, i ride you in my dreams]
Re: Thedas
Being big with a nasty sharp beak would probably go a long way for them. The way no one with a brain in their head will tussle with a dragonling.
Re: Thedas
You say that, but they're not so difficult by themselves, don't you think? It's the mothers you have to watch out for.

Lost
Got turned around, huh?
Re: Lost
Oh! Hello, yes, I'm afraid so. I was told to take a left at the pastry shop, but I haven't seen any yet to take lefts at. This doesn't seem very much like a part of town that would have many pastry shops, come to think of it. Pity, really, it might brighten things up a little around here otherwise I'm rambling sorry.

[ really, with very little care of whether or not it might interrupt, they're striding forward to take a better look at all those intricate symbols. wowza! ]
